Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between Arom'Team, whose registered office is located at 13 rue de la Courondelle in Béziers (Siret number: 449 144 388 00027), and any individual or legal entity making a purchase of a product through the website arom-team.com, referred to as "the buyer".

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific terms of sale stated on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Arom'Team and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms of sale shall prevail over any other condition appearing in any other document, except for prior, express, and written derogation.

  • Products


The prices of our products are indicated in euros and including VAT. The prices on the product pages do not display shipping costs.

All products and services are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of a product after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email. The products can be exchanged or refunded within a legal period of 7 days.

The prices of all products are valid for the current day.

  • Orders


If the customer wishes to place an order, they must first identify themselves.


For this purpose, they will fill out a form provided online, in which they must provide the necessary information for their identification, including their last name, first name, postal address, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address. All information is presented to the customer in French.

Any request to modify the validated order can only be taken into account if the request is made by email to contact@arom-team.com or via the contact form on the website, and accepted in return by Arom'Team.

Arom'Team reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without justification.

  • Payment

Arom'Team offers several payment methods:

  • By credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) through the secure payment platform Web Affaires - Crédit du Nord
    Using this service does not grant Arom-Team access to the customer's banking information
  • By bank transfer

The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

  • Delivery


The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order.
Deliveries in Europe and internationally are accepted, and several shipping methods are offered with and without package tracking.
Packages shipped without tracking cannot be guaranteed in case of loss by postal services, and Arom'Team will not proceed with any exchange or refund if this shipping method is selected. The customer benefits from reduced shipping costs that do not allow for package tracking, and thus accepts the consequences of any potential loss.

Arom'Team cannot be held responsible for loss of the package by postal services or customs seizure. No package will be resent.

* Free delivery does not allow the customer to choose the shipping method. Arom-Team adjusts the delivery based on the packages. If a change is made after order finalization, Arom-Team will then communicate the tracking data to the customer according to the chosen carrier.

The delivery times indicated when placing the order are estimated working days after order validation.

For shipments within Europe, the times are indicative. Arom'Team disclaims all responsibility in case of delivery delay for tracked packages or loss for packages in economy mode.

In case of non-receipt of the package for the following reasons:

- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address,
- Missing information on the mailbox
- Non-retrieval of the package from postal services within 15 days,

the order will only be resent after payment of the new postage fees.

During delivery, damages or thefts must be noted with specific, complete, dated, and signed reservations on the delivery slip by the recipient in the presence of the delivery person, and the package should be refused. The buyer must confirm the anomaly to the carrier by letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 days and send a copy of the letter to the customer service of Arom'Team. Without evidence of damage, no exchange will be made.

If one or more products are not in conformity with the delivery note, the buyer must make a complaint to Arom'Team's customer service within 2 days. Any claim made outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

In case of delivery error or exchange, the products must be returned to the seller as a whole, in their original packaging and in perfect condition to Arom'Team's address.

  • Right of Withdrawal:


The physical buyer (non-professional) has a right of withdrawal of seven days from the receipt of the goods.

The customer must inform Arom'Team and confirm by mail. The buyer can then benefit from a refund or exchange. The return costs are borne by the customer.

The returned products must be in their original packaging with instructions, accessories, and in perfect resalable condition. Visibly damaged or degraded products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Arom'Team recommends returning the products via a tracked shipping method to avoid any loss of packages.

Liquid, flavor, and additive bottles are excluded from this right of withdrawal due to their customization and hygiene reasons.
For the rest, the refund will be made within 30 days after receipt of the returned package by the buyer.

  • Warranty


All products sold by Arom'Team benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Consumable products or products with hygiene seals are excluded from the warranty. The following products are considered consumable: base liquids, e-liquids, flavors, additives.

In case of non-conformity of a product, it can be returned after validation by Arom'Team's customer service (via email or contact form on the website). Arom'Team will then proceed to its refund or exchange.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
Liquid, flavor, and additive bottles are excluded from this warranty due to hygiene reasons.

  • Liability


The customer acknowledges using Arom'Team's products with full knowledge. Arom'Team cannot be held responsible for any health issues experienced by its customers.


  • Intellectual Property

The website arom-team.com and each of its components (trademarks, domain name, texts, structure, animations, images, photographs, illustrations, packaging, diagrams, logos, sounds, and music) are the exclusive property of Arom'Team.
No element of the website may be used, reproduced, broadcast, or published in whole or in part without the prior written authorization of Arom'Team.

  • Promotions

During promotions, discount vouchers, gift vouchers, and other offers cannot be combined with each other.

  • Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions of sale are exclusively governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the application, interpretation, and execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, including in the case of warranty claims or multiple defendants.



          Personal Data

In accordance with the law on information technology, files, and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the personal information of buyers may be subject to automated processing.
No data is transmitted to commercial partners. The user has a right to access and rectify their data, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
The automated processing of information, including the management of email addresses of website users, has been declared to the CNIL (Registration number 1685580).
