chocolat noir...très noir, réservé aux adultes.
arôme très concentré à doser d'une main légère : entre 0,7 et 1 ml pour 10 ml de base. Surtout, pas une goutte de sweetener, ce serait du gâchis. En revanche, ce ne serait pas un crime de tenter de l'adoucir avec une pointe de vanilla custard.
