Excellent, mais difficile a doser en recette
Tres concentré, 1 g/ml en mono.. pas plus de 2 g/10 ml en recette. S'atténue au bout de 10/15 jours. Gout de choco au lait caramélisé, proche du Carambar. A mon avis, ingrédient dominant du Bob Passion Ex. vendu sur ce site.
