Shipping your parcel

Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched on the same day (business days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).

Various shipping options are available for France:

• Tracked Letter (3cm thickness) - starting from €2.60 depending on weight

• Colissimo: flat rate €6.65

For these tracked shipping methods, Arom-Team provides a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your parcel online.

  * Free delivery does not allow customers to choose the shipping method. Arom-Team adapts the delivery based on the parcels. If a change is made after order finalization, Arom-Team will communicate the tracking information to the customer based on the chosen carrier.

  * In-person pickups are not accepted.

Delivery is also available throughout Europe and internationally through three shipping methods:

• International Priority Letter without tracking - starting from €2.90 depending on weight

• International Tracked Letter (3cm thickness - for authorized countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland) - starting from €5.90 (depending on weight)

• International Colissimo - starting from €12.90 (depending on weight and destination)

For non-tracked delivery, Arom-Team will send a dispatch confirmation email but declines any responsibility for parcel loss by postal services and will not provide refunds.
For tracked shipping methods, Arom-Team provides a tracking link as soon as possible to track the order's delivery online.

     * For delivery to French Overseas Territories and non-European Union countries:
The order amount cannot be calculated as VAT, as Arom-Team is not subject to VAT
Your order may be subject to customs duties and potential taxes imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. These are your responsibility.
Arom-Team is not obligated to inform customers of applicable customs duties and taxes, so it's your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities in the destination country.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal fees.
We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders without adding separate shipping fees for each of them.
